Company History

Founded in 1989, GeoServices, Ltd. started as one geologist in a small office on North Front Street in Harrisburg. Our first project was mineral exploration and quarry development in West Virginia for a Maryland client. We quickly grew in response to the need for specialized geologic, hydrogeologic and environmental services. We moved to our current Camp Hill office in the mid-90s.

GeoServices has assisted clients with projects located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina involving water supply development, litigation, environmental site characterization and remediation, land development, environmental site assessments, storage tanks, and permitting.

GeoServices has also developed a close working rapport with regulatory agency personnel at both the state and federal levels. In all cases, the close coordination and communication with regulatory agencies has provided for smooth and constructive evaluation of proposed actions.
